What was the highlight of Y Hotel Hong Kong
A lovely, very quiet hotel. Recommended!
The hotel is lovely! It’s very clean, had comfortable beds, great pillows, good shower, all the amenities you could want, and we an amazing water view from the 25th floor. We’ve been travelling for 6 weeks and it was the quietest hotel of the whole trip - an important detail for us. The lobby is on the third floor so you don’t see them much as you come and go, but they were kind and helpful whenever we talked to them. Coffee in the lobby is also good. The hotel is very near a lovely waterfront promenade for an evening stroll.
The location is a bit out of the way and we didn’t find any great restaurants nearby, but there’s a metro station only five minutes from the hotel so it’s easy to zip into the centre. And we like to walk, so we walked to the Star ferry and the one to Kowloon in only about 15 minutes. The rooms are very small so that you have to squeeze by the bed to avoid bumping into tv, but we think it’s very small trade off for the lovely room.

What was the highlight of Y Hotel Hong Kong
Nice room
The hotel is very new and clean. Room service is good..bed is comfortable but abit small. I think queen size. Bathroom is good. Strong water and overhead and rain shower.
There is no space to walk. The bed take up 85% of the room. The toilet does have a smell. Just close the door to sleep. Seaview is so-so..I see part of the city but then again, it was foggy most of the time I was there so it doesn't matter.

What was the highlight of Y Hotel Hong Kong
Comfortable well situated hotel for Sai Ying Pun area, easy to get around.
Very good location, with easy access to transport. The room was small, but so are all rooms in Hong Kong. Easy to get to cafes and restaurants in Sai Ying Pun.
Bar area was small and only food on offer was fried. Did not even notice the terrace until the last day!
